In order to release the hire bike, you will need to bring - A Credit/Debit Card used to make the payment and Photographic ID matching name on the payment card. Failure to provide all the requirements above will result in the hire bike being withheld and a full refund processed.
Unfortunately not – the collection must be made by the same person who made the order. Please be aware of this before placing any orders, or if you have already ordered and now unable to make the collection, please contact us for cancellation and a full refund so you can re-order at a more convenient time.
Some Momentum retailers will require a holding deposit to ensure the safe return of the E-bike.
Not a problem – simply contact us via ridersupport@momentum-biking.co.uk, live chat or call us on 0808 175 1350 or contact the hire location and inform them of your cancellation. If it's within 48 hours, we’ll process a full refund to the payment card.
Once the Momentum retailer has received the bike back, inspected it and happy with the condition, you will be automatically emailed a unique voucher code.
There is no expiry on the discount code, although it is strictly one time use only.
Simply head to https://www.momentum-biking.com/gb select your bike/size, add to your basket, then apply the discount code upon checkout.
We advise you to return the E-bike exactly as you received it – yes, that includes cleaning it!
The first thing to do is contact the Momentum retailer where you collected the bike and inform them immediately – they may need to inspect the bike for you to ensure it is still safe to ride, so be prepared to return the bike to the retailer if they request it. Depending on the situation, charges may apply for excessive damage or usage beyond our recommended suggestion as based on our website – we do however understand that these bikes are designed to be ridden, so regular wear and tear is inevitable and will be taken into consideration.
Some hire locations may require you to place a refundable deposit upon collection of your E-bike hire. This is purely for security reasons and will be returned upon the safe return of the E-bike.
As the store will own the bike, it must be returned to the store where it is collected.
The bike and the charger, if hired for a longer timescale. Depending on the store, they may also include accessories that are fitted to the bike, such as a rack.
We require the rider to be 14 years old or over.
You are welcome to return the bike earlier than the return date; however, a partial refund will not be issued.
